Rains Chiropractic is officially ONE YEAR OLD.

One year ago, I opened the doors to Rains Chiropractic with a lot of hope, a little fear, and a deep passion for helping people. I had no idea just how much this community would welcome and support me—but here we are, one year later, and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.

In that time, more than 100 people entered our anniversary giveaway, and thousands of moments of trust, healing, and encouragement have passed through this office. What humbles me the most is not just that you’ve trusted me with your chiropractic care—but that many of you have come to me with your broader health concerns, your stories, your families, and your lives. That trust is something I don’t take lightly.

To everyone who has been patient with me as I’ve grown—not just as a chiropractor, but as a business owner, listener, and member of this community—thank you. You’ve given me room to learn, to improve, and to become better for you.

What an incredible year it’s been working with Fort Hays Tech Northwest and their athletic department!

First and foremost, congratulations to all the athletes and coaches on an outstanding season. I’m truly honored to be named Co-Booster of the Year alongside Michele Ivans—it’s been a pleasure working with her.

A big thank-you to Rory Kling for reaching out at the beginning of the school year and giving me the opportunity to step in and support the athletic program during a time when the school was without a full-time athletic trainer. While I’m not an athletic trainer, I was grateful for the chance to use my skills and experience to assist with injury support, rehab guidance, and performance-focused care for these student-athletes. It’s been such a rewarding experience working with the athletes and being part of something so special.

As a former college athlete myself, it's been incredibly meaningful to help these young, driven athletes push through injuries, stay healthy, and reach their full potential. I've been in their shoes—and getting to support them from the other side, through recovery and growth, has been nothing short of amazing.

Thank you again, Fort Hays Tech Northwest Athletics, for allowing me to be a part of such a fantastic program. I’m already looking forward to next school year and continuing this great partnership!
