If any of you gals are still hanging on to the green tea face mask activator and haven't used it, I did one this morning and my skin is glowing.

1/4 tablespoon of the tea
Tsp water
Generous squeeze of lemon
Dash of honey.
20 min
Warm water rinse followed by favorite moisturizer.

I am so tired. I think it was Friday when I acknowledged I have hit the wall, but I wasn't able to stop just yet, too much to do.

Today after the 1st full night of sleep I've had in about a year, I still have a busy week ahead of me, but I feel confident I can push through.

Last class @ Sevahouse is this Wednesday @ 6:30 pm. I hope to see you ❤

Class tonight was really pretty. So is the sacred, quiet space that I spent years imagining. It wasn't perfect, it wasn't successful, yet it was SO perfect and it was SO successful.

I told the gals tonight, I'm 70% sad and 30% relieved. I'm happy to report after a good cry, I'm 60/40.

Progress, not perfection. Right?

Night all!

2 classes left Tues and Wed next week @ 6:30. I think if it's chilly, we should move inside, trataka meditation, raffle tix for random items I don't want to move? Old school.

Working on my last 5 playlists for Sevahouse.

If you've ever been, I've always ended all my classes with the same song. Love it or hate it, it meant something to me every single time to see everyone settle in to savasana and have nothing to do for 5 minutes and 46 seconds. I watched worries melt away, I watched tears fall, small smiles, watched people mouth the words, and heard some people sing along and felt comfort.


Lately my perfect song has been Falling or Flying by Grace Potter.

I'm not very good at giving myself credit, where it is definitely due! So today, I'm patting myself of the back for the changes I have made, some slight, some that at one point seemed impossible.
