Thank you for 14 wonderful years of Yoga House yogis! hOMe is where the heart is, just unroll your mat. We've been serving our community of Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Nashville and surrounding areas since 2008. We chose the name Yoga House because a home is the place where it feels right to

walk around without shoes, where the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is a shelter but it is also the birthplace of love, hopes, and aspirations. By building that strong foundation from which to go about our daily lives, we can begin to strengthen who we are and who we will become. We hope to offer that at the Yoga House--to build a home within the House and set the foundation of clear and meaningful intentions so that each student, teacher, and friend is closer to reaching his or her highest capable level of existence. We hope you will find this community in the Yoga House, one that strives towards its fullest potential in its practice and in turn in the world. Our intention at the Yoga House is to embrace all so that you find that home is not just where the heat is, but truly where the heart is.

Dear House yogis….. let’s yoga with the alpacas!

Hello Friends!

Tomorrow (pinkie promise), we will be sharing links to reserve your spots for Alpaca Yoga.

More information will be shared with the links (what to bring, what to expect, etc). Cost will be $35 per session to support our amazing alpacas and instructors. If this becomes a fan favorite, we will definitely look at adding more. *Details for Paintin' with Pacas will be shared soon too.

As always, your support is greatly appreciated! We're thrilled to share our farm and animals with you.

Sunday’s yoga class was amazing, thank you all for coming! Who remembers those Friday evening Shake your Asana classes at the House ? Well THIS Friday we are doing a pop up yoga class at 5:45 at The Dancers Academy 401 Two Mile Pike Goodlettsville TN 37072! Let’s do a throw back and get your weekend started off amazing!!! Sunday morning 9:00 am at The Dancers Academy 401 Two Mile Pike Goodlettsville TN 37072 we will bring our wonderful Sunday yoga flow back!!! Come on over and unroll your mat with us! (No smelly fish though) .

Mondays at the community center are perfect for our beginner yoga class. Come on over it starts at 4:15 you’ll love it.

Hey House peeps and more!!! We are back in the community with a couple sessions for you to join in! This is just getting started so we’d love to see you and want your feedback! These last couple weeks have been amazing unrolling the mat with you again feels like “home” . Come enjoy us and see what your community has to offer. Glad to be asked to be a part of this!

New fitness class alert! 🌞 Starting next week, we will begin hosting Beginners and Flow Yoga Classes led by a local, certified instructor named Misty. You do not need to have any prior experience to join either Beginners or Flow Yoga. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pacing and preference. Cost: $12/class. Adults 18+. Must pre-register due to limited space. Please bring your own mat! Beginners Yoga is Mondays from 4:15pm-5:15pm and Flow Yoga is Thursdays from 6pm-7pm.
