In December 2007, Valerie took control of her life, and lost 143 pounds through her own personal methods. At the same time, she formed a weightloss group so she could help others - that group was called Women for Weightloss. In 2010 Valerie became a fitness instructor, and now she is training more and more men & women through her classes, in addition to her Women for Weightloss & Training with Val

7:45 - 9:15 a.m. - Training with Val (Outside Walk or Run Program)
*Some Saturdays may offer an earlier start time for longer miles.

11:00 - 11:45 a.m. - Zumba
