Nurturing Naturally LLC A premature or difficult birth, the return to work, and even the stress of daily life can bring challenges to your breastfeeding relationship.

Providing breastfeeding support including prenatal breastfeeding classes, individual newborn consultations, assistance returning to work, when and how to start solids, maternal medicine review, and weaning. Whether your goal is to breastfeed for a few weeks, a few months, a year, or until your child self weans, I'm happy to provide you encouragement and evidence based information. I will work with you to develop a care plan that meets your specific needs. I offer a wide range of services including:
- Breastfeeding Classes - Group classes are $40/belly and partners are strongly encouraged to attend. Private classes are $100.
- Newborn Consultations - In your home - see below.
- General Consultations - Either in your home or via phone to assist you with preparing to return to work,
introducing solids, or beginning the weaning process. Priced individually based on the needs of the client
- Medication Questions - Evaluate specific medications and their impact on or safety with breastfeeding. Epecially helpful for those facing scans, surgical, or dental procedures where Mothers may be told to "pump-N-
dump" for 24 hours when that may be outside of current guidelines. $12.50 per quarter hour.
- Telephone and E-Mail Support - For potential clients who have some questions but don't need a full
consultation, or for estabilished clients needing additional support. $12.50 per quarter hour. Discounts are available for active duty military and veterans, clergy, as well as teen mothers

It only happens once a year and today is the day! International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) all around the globe work tirelessly day in and day out to help families meet their breastfeeding & chestfeeding goals.
