This week we are featuring our fun clinical director, Tisha Denton! Tisha has been a huge asset to Java Autism Services and thrives every day in her work. Her favorite part of her job is the variety that she has overseeing all of the service lines at Java and being able to support both employees and families. A fun fact about her would be that when she attended the central reach unite conference as a speaker last year, she was deemed by the workers at the puppy pin as the official puppy princess đŸ¶. We have loved having Tisha here at Java, and can’t wait to see her continue to grow and make Java an amazing company to work for! Thank you for all you do, Tisha!

This week we are featuring one of our incredible behavior analysts, Hiroyo (yo-yo)! A fun fact about Yo-yo is that she can stand on a balance ball and is currently working on walking on a basketball! Her favorite part of being a BCBA is starting what she calls the “cycle of happiness.” When her and her team provide high-quality, compassionate services, the clients make meaningful progress. That progress builds confidence, independence, and joy — not only for the child, but for their family, the team, and her as well. She states that Seeing positive change ripple outward reminds her why she chose this profession. It’s more than behavior change — it’s about creating lasting impact. We have loved working with Yo-yo, and can’t wait to see her continue to grow with Java!

This week we are featuring our director of professional development, Beatriz! Beatriz just recently joined the team and is already such a star! Her role at Java is extremely important in order to . Beatriz says that one the best things about her job is getting to work side by side with student analysts. She states that they bounce ideas off each other and come up with fresh solutions together, making it a fun and energetic place where everyone can really shine. She truly loves helping the student analysts build on their skills, encouraging them to use their strengths while they figure things out as a team. A fun fact about her is that she once went night snorkeling in the Caribbean but didn’t fully grasp what “night snorkeling” meant until she found herself swimming in the deep ocean at 10 PM. We are thrilled Beatriz has joined the team!! đŸ€©
