"My mom’s Golden Lift Chair was working very erratically this afternoon. It wouldn’t go into full zero gravity. I called and spoke to Al at about 3:15pm. He walked me through a reset process, but even that didn’t help. After some discussion, he suggested we try a new remote. They had one in stock, but were closing in 45 minutes.
