We celebrated our January birthdays in true Winter Wonderland style! Our residents enjoyed delicious pizza, sweet cupcakes, refreshing drinks, and - most importantly - lots of smiles and laughter all around.

We had such a lovely time celebrating National Tea & Trivia Day with our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents! Everyone enjoyed sipping warm tea and indulging in the best tea party treats - from heart-shaped cookies and cucumber egg salad sandwiches to a delightful variety of other goodies.

Once everyone was settled with their tea of choice, we played a few rounds of trivia - and it was a huge success filled with laughter, smiles, and great conversation. Moments like these are what make our community so special. 💛

Parfait perfection! Our residents had so much fun creating their own delicious yogurt parfaits with creamy vanilla yogurt, crunchy granola, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Not only was it a tasty treat, but a wonderful way to get creative and enjoy time together! 💛

This week, our community came together to celebrate a very special milestone - a baby shower for our wonderful Life Enrichment Assistant, Celia, as she prepares to welcome her first baby.

Residents, family members, and staff joined together to share in the joy, laughter, and excitement of this sweet season. It was truly heartwarming to see how much love and support filled the room, and how eager everyone was to celebrate Celia and this new chapter in her life.

Moments like this beautifully reflect the kind of community we strive to build every day at The Groves - one rooted in connection, kindness, and genuine care for one another. 🤍

We enjoyed a beautiful day out in the sunshine with a picnic in the park! Our residents loved spending time by the waterfall, watching the ducks, and enjoying a delicious lunch prepared by our amazing culinary team here at The Groves. Moments like these-fresh air, great food, and meaningful connection-are what community is all about.

Painting with a twist! This month, our residents tried a new technique using Q-tips to create gorgeous January/February themed heart-shaped bushes. The creativity, laughter, and beautiful artwork made this class extra special. So much fun and so many smiles!

Teamwork makes the dream work!
Our residents rolled up their sleeves and baked delicious cinnamon apple muffins and gluten-free blueberry muffins. They mixed, prepped, and helped set everything up for the perfect morning treat. Smiles, teamwork, and yummy rewards all around!

Jessie Update!

Jessie is growing bigger and bigger by the day! She is a funny, sassy, spoiled with love little pup - and we wouldn’t want her any other way!
She brings smiles to any one who knows her from residents, family members, friends, to our first responders!
