Women have been waiting YEARS for their menopausal concerns to be taken seriously.

As of this week, leaders in menopause and hormone replacement therapy urge the FDA to remove the black box warning on vaginal estrogen due to false claims of risk of breast cancer, stroke and blood clots.

What we know from the research:
✔️ Localized vaginal estrogen has not been shown to increase the risk of breast cancer, stroke or blood clots, unlike oral estrogen forms that work systemically.
✔️Genitourinary symptoms of menopause are effectively treated with vaginal estrogen and reduce risk of urinary complications due to improper treatment.

Women have experienced years of gaslighting, fear mongering, and poor care due to these blanket statements from the FDA and current healthcare system.

It’s time to raise our voices and protect our women.

I purchased my about 7 months ago for my birthday and by far it’s the best purchase I’ve made for my health. JUNE👉AUGUST

After only 2 months, you can visibly see the change in inflammation in my face and jawline. I also lost 6 lbs after being stuck for months.

Here’s what I’m doing⬇️
1. Low impact workouts - pilates, yoga, barre, mild strength training and walking
2. 8:30 pm bedtime and reading before bed instead of tv or my phone if I can’t sleep
3. Priorizing rest after stressful periods
4. Lowered my caffeine intake (stopped drinking Alani’s and switched back to coffee)
5. Adaptogenic herbs

1 in 20 have secondary infertility.

~40% of infertility cases stem from male factor.
