Don't let a bloated belly ruin your day! What you eat can make a big difference in how you feel.

Here are three common culprits that might be causing your bloating:
Carbonated Drinks: Those fizzy bubbles are filled with gas (carbon dioxide) that gets trapped in your stomach, leading to that uncomfortable, full feeling.
Processed Dairy: For many, the lactose in dairy can be difficult to digest, causing gas and bloating. Processed dairy products often have other additives that can also contribute to the issue.
Refined Carbs: Foods like white bread, pastries, and sugar can ferment in your gut, leading to gas production and bloating.

Paying attention to how your body reacts to these foods is the first step to feeling better!
