Starting this Monday, Jan. 5, join us for a weekly Aerial Yin class for a gentle, grounding practice that combines slow, deep stretches with the support of a soft aerial hammock. This class is designed to release tension and improve flexibility with lower hammocks for longer, relaxing poses.
