Though I find it rewarding to empower myself and others by means of calm and positivity, my shadow also longs to be heard. And there is nothing wrong with that!

Life cannot exist without light and dark, day and night, yin and yang. Working with your shadow, understanding it, allowing your shadow to work alongside your light….this is the meaning of true inner balance.

It’s not an easy road to find and learn this balance, but recognizing it is key.

Ever feel like you’re stuck? Everyday is groundhogs day. You’re running on the hamster wheel feeling unproductive, wishing there were more hours in a day or that you could clone yourself to get everything done or be everything for everyone.

Why is it so hard to keep and/or maintain boundaries? Why do we feel that we aren’t worthy or deserving of something better, something more?

We need to give ourselves more grace, give ourselves permission to put oneself first.
You are magnificent! You are worthy! You are deserving!

Last night was hot and humid in the desert. We’ve been waiting for the weather, waiting for the storms.
As we watched the sky darken, and lightning strike down to the Earth, a rainbow began to emerge. It was right above us, so close you would think you could touch it.
It was a beautiful experience to watch the rainbow appear, grow, and brighten. Phone photos just can’t do it’s beauty justice.
