One year with Ashley today 🤍

If you’ve been into Renew, chances are you’ve experienced Ashley’s kindness, calm energy, and incredible attention to detail firsthand. She has a gift for making people feel genuinely cared for, while somehow also keeping us organized, spotless, and running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s beautiful inside and out, and we are incredibly lucky to have her as part of the Renew family.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Open House yesterday! We had such an amazing time celebrating the launch of Renew Wellness Studio on Jen’s birthday with our staff, members, families, and friends 🥳🎉

This space wouldn’t exist without the support of each and every one of you in our incredible community. From the day we acquired MeTime, to our relaunching as Renew, we can’t overstate how deeply we appreciate your trust and support 🫶🏼

And a special thank you to our neighbors at for not only some delicious drinks yesterday, but friendship and support.

A little behind the scenes action of the last several weeks! We are so grateful for our amazing Renew community of staff, clients, family, and friends who have come alongside us to help not only transform our space, but believe in our future. We cannot thank you enough!

This space has meant so much to us from the moment we moved in, and we would love for you to come see how we’ve updated it to reflect the heart of our work, and our heart for you, our West Valley community.

Join us this Monday, May 4th from 9-7 for an Open House celebration of not only our updated branding, but the birthday of the woman who started it all: Jen! We can’t wait to see you there!
