KINESIOLOGY TAPE USES
Allowing motion:
Kinesiology tape can help enhance muscle firing and contraction patterns, leading to normalized muscle tone and improved athletic performance.
Inhibition and pain management:
Kinesiology tape can be used to help reduce pain and muscle spasms that may occur after an injury.
Support and stability:
Conditions like patellofemoral stress syndrome, iliotibial band friction syndrome, or shoulder instability can benefit from the additional support provided by kinesiology tape, while still allowing for some movement.
Decrease Swelling:
If you've experienced swelling from an injury or surgery, kinesiology tape might help by reducing pressure between the skin and underlying tissues, allowing excess fluids to flow more easily.

Schedule an appointment and we can discuss if Kinesiology tape is the right fit for you and your recovery!
