When most people think about exercise, they imagine building strong muscles, improving balance, or maybe boosting sports performance. Working out is great for the body—after all, that’s why doctors and physical therapists recommend it so often for injury recovery, heart health, and staying activ...

Week 5 after pec major repair.

Light weights. Very intentional.

This stage messes with your head because it doesn’t look impressive—but it’s where the foundation is built.

Still being careful. Still protecting the repair. But it feels good to move again and see progress stacking up.

Running starts at 6 weeks… and there’s a lot coming around the corner.

If you’ve been here before, you know—trust the process.

The Law of Abundance is real… AND it requires action.
When corporate PT chains moved next door to my small clinic, I had two choices: fear or abundance.
I chose to show up.
I chose community.
I chose service.
And that changed everything.

There are so many people who need physical therapy — way more than most clinics can even handle.
So here’s my question for you:

👇 Why do you think people don’t come to physical therapy as often as they should?

Let’s talk about it.

PT becomes the patient… and the mental battle is REAL.

I’m doing everything right after my pec major repair — AAROM flexion, AAROM ER, bent-over rows, active flexion, light banded ER…
and still, the mind tries to convince you you’re not improving fast enough.

Rehab isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional.
It’s mental.
It’s patience — and it’s humbling.

If you’re in your own recovery journey, keep going.
Slow progress is still progress.
You’re doing better than you think.

Comment below with what YOU’RE recovering from right now — I’d love to support you.
And share this with someone who needs encouragement today. 🙏
