Stay hydrated before and after a massage! Or just always be hydrated. It helps the whole body work better. Just like a car needs coolant and motor oil, we need hydration and electrolytes.
So talk with your doctor about how much water is best for you. On average it’s 2 litters.

It works? Drink up! 🤣
