Art is a big part of healing. We curate our spaces with art that moves something inside. Most of the art hanging are from dear friends and local artists who’ve allowed us to brighten our spaces with their creations and to show their work to a larger audience. If you see a piece that calls to you, some (not all) are for sale.

We respond to private inquiries and will be more than happy to facilitate a way for you to either connect with the artist for a commissioned piece or take something beautiful and unique home with you.

Meet Dana, Yoga Instructor! 🌿

Dana found herself stepping into her first yoga studio in 2008 and loved how she became more aware of her movements and how she felt in her body. She also appreciated how she felt supported and cared for by her instructors.
Dana received her RYT 200 certification from Sol Yoga in 2016 in Frederick, Maryland. Since then she has received various certifications including Accessible Yoga, Body Positive Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pre and Postnatal Yoga.
She has a gentle and thoughtful style of teaching and sees yoga as a moving meditation. She likes to support the personal empowerment and agency of those in her classes by encouraging everyone to listen to their bodies and to do what feels best for them, at that moment, no matter what the rest of the class is doing.
Dana has experience leading classes for people with various levels of mobility and abilities and ages from children to older adults.
She is looking forward to meeting you, where you are and to be your guide on your own mindfulness journey.
