Take me out to the ball game, or rather bring the ball game to Gorham House! This Father's Day, we celebrated by enjoying watching the Sox beat the Yankees while enjoying some ball-park themed treats including peanuts, crackerjack, popcorn, beverages, brown dogs, red snappahs, and ice cream. It was an event enjoyed by many!

One of our residents was delighted to have a special visitor come in and see her last week. South Portland resident, retired police detective, and well-known author Bruce Robert Coffin came to Gorham House, bringing with him an autographed copy of his newest book, The General's Gold.

Ms. Lewis has followed Mr. Coffin on Facebook and reached out recently, sharing that she was searching for something new to read. That is all it took, and the result of her reaching out has left her with both something to read and a happy heart.
