Are you like me and you struggle to plan your weekly meals???
Marty and I have been in a total cooking rut since we moved, so this week I decided to take the time to get back to our healthy Mediterranean lifestyle a make plan.

I'll share what we’re doing at the Hauser house 👫 and hopefully it takes the struggle out of it for you.
Everything is quick, simple, and easy to digest, and most importantly, (hopefully)it tastes good.

This Week’s Dinner Plan
(if all goes as planned😉)

Day 1 – Chickpea & Spinach Stew with Rice

Day 2 – Lemon Herb Chicken with Quinoa & Roasted Broccoli

Day 3 – Italian Veggie Pasta with Garlic, Cherry Tomatoes, and Spinach

Day 4 – Greek Baked Feta & Roasted Veggie Tray with Pita

Day 5 – Salmon with Roasted Cauliflower & Arugula Salad

Day 6 – Zucchini & Broccoli Frittata with Side Salad

Day 7 – Mediterranean Chicken Sheet Pan with Zucchini, Tomatoes, and Bell Pepper

Proteins
• Chicken breasts (2–3)
• Chicken thighs (3–4)
• Salmon fillets (2–3)
• Eggs (1 dozen)

Vegetables
• Broccoli (3–4 heads)
• Cauliflower (2 large heads)
• Zucchini (4–5 medium)
• Spinach (2 bags)
• Arugula (1 bag)
• Cherry tomatoes (2 pints)
• Cucumbers (2–3)
• Onion (2)
• Red onion (1)
• Bell pepper (1)
• Garlic (2 heads)
• Fresh parsley, basil, dill

Legumes & Grains
• Quinoa (1 bag)
• Brown or basmati rice (1 bag)
• Lentils (1 bag)
• Chickpeas (3–4 cans)
• Whole-grain or GF spaghetti (1 box)
• Pita bread (optional)

Dairy
• Feta cheese
• Mozzarella
• Parmesan
• Greek yogurt (plain)

Pantry & Seasonings
• Olive oil
• Lemons (6–7)
• Tomato sauce (1 jar)
• Canned tomatoes (1–2 cans)
• Tamari or coconut aminos

September is Pain Awareness Month. Pain is more than a symptom, it’s the body asking for care. For those living with chronic pain, every day takes effort. I’ve lived with rheumatoid arthritis since I was 8, and I’ve learned that relief comes when I am centered and listening to what my body truly needs.

This journey is what led me to dedicate my life to helping others find relief and balance. Mindful practices, nourishing foods, natural therapies, and emotional healing have all supported me, and I now share those tools so others can discover their own pathways to healing.

You Are Already Enough!!!
Alan Watts once said, “Trying to define yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth.”

It’s easy to feel like you have to keep striving, fixing yourself, healing more, doing better… just to be okay. But you are not a problem to be solved. You are a living, breathing process unfolding in real time.

You don’t need to wait for some future version of yourself to deserve peace, rest, or love.
You are enough, not because of what you’ve done or overcome, but because you are here.

If you’re in a hard place right now, that doesn’t make you any less whole.
You don’t have to be “better” to belong.
You already do.

We often believe we are our thoughts, our roles, titles, our emotions. But mindfulness gently invites us to look deeper into the vast spaciousness within. In stillness, we begin to sense sunyata- the open, formless essence beneath the surface. We are not just individual waves, crashing or rising. We are the ocean itself boundless, timeless, and whole. Practices like breath awareness, presence, and loving attention allow us to glimpse the transcendent dimension of who we are. Not something outside of you… but something more true, more eternal, more free. Let go of the surface noise. Return to the still center. Remember, you were never separate 🙏.
