Benifit number 2 for lifting weights : improves mood ( releases happy chemicals, endorphins makes you feel good 👍 😀 )

SIDENOTE: if you are a naturally miserable/sad person, lifting weights will improve your mood. If you are a naturally happy 😊 person like me, it will boost your mood ( sometimes you'll have no reason to be happy)

Yesterday, my new client told me she wants to build muscles but doesn't want to look like a man. Here I am been lifting weights for over a decade and still waiting for me to look like a man as others told me I would 🤪

Your stop this misconception.. instead of listening to people who have not even lifted their own body weights, try it for yourself. Most people who have zero experience in the field, is too lazy to do a basic research for themselves, couple with ignorance and insecurities are the ones who discourage others to not lift weights.

The benefits of lifting weights ( strength training) outweighs the side effects.. infacts, lifting weights safety and naturally should not harm you at all. There is no side effects!

Why do I keep getting this same mindset concerning weight lifting during fitness assessment..Once again, don't listen to nobody 😒
