New In-Person Support Group! ✨

Starting April 30th Rachel Cunningham Doula LLC will be facilitating a bi-weekly in-person pregnancy and birth prep support group at downtown Goshen! This group is free of charge and everyone is welcome whether this is your 1st baby or your 5th! This group is open to planned homebirths, birth center births or hospital births!

The group will meet from 10am-11:30am where we will have an informal chat about the topic of the day and leave time for questions, discussion and sharing. This is a great opportunity to gain more knowledge as you prepare for birth and make some new pregnant friends!

Our most comprehensive one-day birth and breastfeeding class is now open for registration!

Birth, Breastfeeding & Beyond is taught by Milk Guide's and Ivy Warner with doulas and .

The class is Sunday, March 10, from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. at The Oaks at Southpaw Farm in Mishawaka, IN.

This is great for anyone pregnant and their partners to attend.

Friends! Exciting news in the New Year! I am beyond excited to reopen Veritas Midwifery and get back to a calm, relaxed, community based Midwifery for families hoping to have me as part of their journey.
My office is conveniently located in the lovely Niles, Michigan where I see families for CFT, Midwifery, and pre-conception care. You can find more details here at my website. www.veritasmidwifery.com
I have limited availability for April and early June, and am full otherwise. I will not be accepting August (our normal family vacation month), September or early October Due dates. Looking forward to serving your family!

As the New Year approaches I find myself reflecting on my busiest birth year yet! With my own kiddos getting older I’ve been able to serve the community in more of a full-time role for the first time since I took my Doula training in 2016. I feel so grateful for the doors that have opened and the opportunity to walk alongside so many families this year. I can’t wait to see what 2024 brings! See you in the New Year!
