Ryan’s Place is dedicated to all children who grieve.

Ryan’s Place was recently featured in Elkhart Living Magazine and we were thrilled to welcome publisher Mary Hoien for a special visit. Mary stopped by with copies of the magazine and even surprised us with a beautifully framed version of the article!

This recognition means so much as we continue our mission to support children, teens, and families navigating grief. Thank you to Elkhart Living for helping share our story and shine a light on the importance of grief support in our community 💙

We’re grateful to be part of something bigger 💛

Ryan’s Place team members had a wonderful time connecting with fellow organizations through the Strengthening Youth Programs in Indiana Initiative at this year’s Spring Convening in Indianapolis, hosted by the Indiana Youth Institute

From meaningful conversations to powerful moments of reflection, this time together has been a reminder of the impact we can make when we support one another in serving kids and families across our state.

Thank you to everyone doing this important work, we’re inspired to keep growing, learning, and leading together. 🌱

🐣 We’re egg-cited to see you! 🎉

Rain or shine, Eggstravaganza is still on—and Ryan’s Place is HERE! 💛

While the weather may not be perfect, plans have shifted to keep everyone as comfortable as possible. Egg hunts will now be self-guided scavenger hunts happening anytime between 9:00 AM – Noon, with the prize giveaway at 11:00 AM still on schedule. 🥚✨

We’re so grateful to be part of this fun, family-filled morning and can’t wait to connect with you. Stop by, say hello, and enjoy the festivities…no matter the forecast! ☔️🌈

🎨 In our splatter room, emotions become color, movement, and energy. Anger, sadness, joy, confusion… all have a place here. No rules, no pressure just space to release and be.

At Ryan’s Place, we honor every child’s unique way of grieving and healing. Sometimes it’s loud. Sometimes it’s messy. And sometimes, that’s exactly what the heart needs 🩷💙

Sometimes, the most meaningful acts of kindness come quietly… shaped by hand, given with love, and expecting nothing in return.

The Toy Makers of Middlebury have created something truly special for the children at Ryan’s Place. Each handcrafted toy carries more than skill and time… it carries compassion, care, and a deep understanding of what it means to show up for others.

For children navigating grief after the death of someone they love, these toys become more than something to hold, they become a source of comfort, a moment of light, a reminder that they are not alone.
