The boards of Maple City Health Care Center (MCHCC) and of Child and Parent Services (CAPS) each unanimously approved a merger to strengthen and coordinate services for the families and communities they serve.
Maple City and CAPSโ€™ missions closely align around one central belief: every family in the community deserves to be healthy, safe, and thriving. By merging, the boards aim to significantly reduce gaps in services, broaden reach, and strengthen long-term sustainability to create positive outcomes for families.
Patients, clients, and families will not experience any disruption in services as this work moves forward. Care is also being taken to minimize disruptions for staff in both organizations as we come together.
We are thankful for your partnership and trust. We look forward to working together to build a healthier, safer community where children and families can thrive.

National Nutrition Monthยฎ is an annual campaign established in 1973 by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. During the month of March, everyone is invited to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits.

This year's theme is "Discover the Power of Nutrition." Nutrition has the power to help individuals and communities thrive. Discover how food and beverage choices can help power your day. Learn tips for accessing healthy foods in your area. And build healthy habits into your day to help you feel great now and in the future.

If you are a patient of MCHCC, please call us today about any food insecurities for you and your household! ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ…
