2 years at Kalamazoo Center for The Healing Arts studying Swedish Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Acupressure, Polarity Therapy, and MyoFascial Release. I ha

ve studied the nervous system, Polyvagal Theory, and how trauma shows up in the body. No matter what ‘modality’ I may be using at any given moment I am working with the body in a way that brings the nervous system down into parasympathetic mode where healing can take place. I listen with my hands, heart, and entire being for what is happening with a client physically, emotionally, and energetically. From 2021 to 2023 I studied with the Institute of Somatic Sexology and the Sea School of Embodiment to become certified in somatic sex education and embodiment coaching, as well as professionally training in The Wheel of Consent by Dr. Betty Martin in March of 2024.
