Opened in 2022 thanks to the generosity of the Huffman family, the Barbara and Merrill Huffman Memory Care Suites provide a warm, secure environment for residents in the greater Savoy area. Each private suite includes a living area, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom — with dedicated spaces for dining, activities, and relaxation.

At Windsor, memory care means safety, dignity, and community — helping residents live each day with comfort and connection. 🌿✨

Greencroft Goshen is pleased to announce that Kim Harden has joined our organization as Community Vice President.

Kim brings deep expertise and a proven track record of leadership, with a career spanning senior living operations, sales and marketing, and consulting. She has led complex projects and large teams in faith-based, nonprofit senior living organizations, aligning her work with Greencroft’s mission of compassion and service.

In this role, Kim will oversee all aspects of community operations, with a focus on enhancing the resident experience, supporting staff, and driving continued growth and engagement across our independent, assisted, and skilled living options.

Her background includes successful leadership roles at The Outlook at Windhaven, Parkway Village, and as a marketing and sales advisor for senior living communities nationwide. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a certified Assisted Living Administrator.

We look forward to Kim's collaborative leadership as we sustain Greencroft Goshen as a vibrant and welcoming community for older adults.

Britini began her journey here in 2015 as a Nursing Assistant and, through her hard work and dedication, became a Med Tech in 2023. She’s known for her loyalty, compassion, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed — always going above and beyond for residents and teammates alike. 👏

Outside of work, Britini is a proud and loving mom — her son is her pride and joy! She’s forever grateful for the support Walnut Hills has given her to balance family and career, and we’re just as grateful to have her as part of our family. 💕

Today, on Veterans Day, we proudly honor and thank the incredible residents of Hamilton Grove who have served our country with courage and dedication. From the U.S. Army to the Marines, Navy, and Air Force, these remarkable men and women have each played a part in protecting our freedom — and we couldn’t be more grateful. 🙏

Beyond their service, our veterans bring so much joy and talent to our community — from crafting, music, and art to writing, games, and a love of learning. Each has a unique story and personality that make Hamilton Grove such a special place to call home. 💚

Many of them chose Hamilton Grove for its peace, quiet, and natural beauty, and they cherish spending time with their neighbors, friends, and staff who make every day here meaningful. 🌿

Last week, leaders from across all of our Greencroft Communities campuses gathered for our annual Fall Leadership Meeting — a time to connect, learn, and grow together. It was a truly inspiring and insightful event for our leadership teams and for the bright future of our campuses!

Guest speaker Jeremy and our CEO Hugh Davis shared powerful messages about leading with purpose, taking pride in our work, and inspiring those around us every day. Their words reminded us that leadership isn’t just about direction — it’s about heart, service, and community. 💚

Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success — we’re excited to carry this momentum forward as we continue our mission of caring and serving across all Greencroft campuses.
