I need to walk my walk and take February off from teaching. In yogic philosophy we call this Svadhyaya-a time for self study and inquiry.

I have placed too many irons in the fire and I’m pressing pause on the things that can be paused.

I will keep up with my pop up classes and add on workshops. But for now, I need time to restore.
