Question: Are you engaging your core? Not just during workouts, but during your everyday life and at work? Seems like the more people I talk to about posture and body mechanics the more I realize they’re not properly engaging their core. I have to admit…before I did all this training I was not engaging my core correctly.

If you haven’t seen or heard I recently added Corrective Exercise Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coaching to my resume. Being a Massage Therapist for 25 yrs now, I wanted to help people more with their overall health and wellness. I want to assist them in doing things for themselves that could help their day to day life and to just feel better.

Are you wanting to start making changes for yourself but not sure where to begin? We could start with doing a posture analysis. This tends to be a shocker for a lot of people, including myself.

Having pain in your knees? Restricted range of motion in your shoulder or neck? Sore and/or tired feet? Yes, a massage will help haha But what if I showed you stretches and strengthening exercises that could help you eliminate some of this?
