Stephanie and Kristen checking in... day 2 of classes brought us a discussion on fatty liver disease, come talk to us about GLP-1s amazing effect on this. We also discussed Anxiety and Depression, there are so many People who suffer from one or both of these, and we have a lot tools at our disposal to help you, dont hesitate to have an open line of communication with your practioner. Today brought us procedures in the clinical setting, anyone need sutures we got some new tips and tricks, and treating trauma patients in a primary care setting! The second session today brought us Obstrucive Sleep Apnea (that partner that snores 😜) ans insomnia. Nothing worse then feeling like you are not getting a restful night sleep. Did you know that not all sleep aides are habit forming or addictive... come to talk to us about your options 😴

As Kristen and Stephanie head into day 2 of classes they wanted to share their biggest take away from day 1. Over active bladder and stress incontinence are a thing and extremely common in Men and Women. They are under diagnosed, due to discussion embarrassment.
