I'm changing a few things up this month and EVERY Thursday in April will be a Gentle Slow Flow Yoga Class!! - gentle, relaxing, slow and great for the beginner or seasoned yogi!

This class is meant for releasing fascia, moving the lymphatics and deepening into relaxation.

I have had several clients want to book out for the rest of the year but due to maternity leave may miss a few appointments!

Below are my dates I will be gone!
December I will come back strictly part time as I readjust to work life and mom life! January will hopefully be full time!🙌

I might have random days I feel like coming for for a couple hours and I will post those before hand to get them booked! Keep in mind, it will be mostly just morning appointments!

Sometimes your reaction isn’t about the moment in front of you.... it’s about how your nervous system learned to react in the past.

With PTSD or chronic and severe stress, the body holds patterns of threat.

So when something in the present feels familiar in a threatening way, your system can automatically shift into a sympathetic response—fight, flight, fawn, or freeze—before you’ve had time to think it through.

This can be a physiological response in the body to a perceived psychological threat. Over time, the body can learn something different. It can learn to respond... instead of react.
