Gothenburg Health is a Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic serving the needs of Gothenburg and the surrounding area. The existing building was built in 1969 with a 3.5 million-dollar addition and renovation project completed in 2004 to provide up-to-date medical care in our service area. In 2014 Gothenburg Health broke ground on a 29.5 million-dollar renovation and expansion that started with a state-of-the-art surgical expansion. The new construction includes a brand-new patient wing, prominent main entry, clinical expansion and advanced imaging suite. Gothenburg Health is a non-profit healthcare facility governed by a publicly elected board of directors. Gothenburg Health believes strongly in the philosophy of investing in the future; preparing for the future with progressive technology aimed to provide our patient population with the healthcare services they deserve while providing a strong and healthy long-term future for Gothenburg Health. Gothenburg Health was pleased to participate in the Ag Health & Safety event this week. Thank you to Lab and our Revenue Cycle teams for making screenings accessible to attendees. 💉Don't Forget! Direct Access Test for a variety of screenings will be available at the Ag Health & Safety event TOMORROW, February 3.

These are offered without the need for insurance and at a convenient, discounted cash price. Tests that require fasting are noted with an asterisk*. Fasting means no solid or liquid food or alcohol for 12 hours before the test. If taking medication, continue as directed by your health provider.

The Gothenburg Health Cardio-Pulm team has partnered with Gothenburg High School to bring awareness to Heart Health Month in February. See the selected design by Aubrey Cross below.
