We are embracing a multi- disciplinary "Holistic Health" approach and will be in the same building as Riutta Chiropractic & Wellness and Adam French Licensed Acupuncturist.
NEW SERVICES!
~~~April 2025 we will be offering an intense MULTI- DISCIPLINARY WEIGHT LOSS MANAGEMENT PLAN. We will be contracting with compound pharmacy to get direct access to newest weight loss medications and be dispensing them from our facility. We are hoping to have a dietician, mental health provider, mental health counseling, and a personal trainer available for personalized approach to weight loss strategies! Our provider will have an additional certification in "Food as Medicine" providing comprehensive, disease specific targeted dietary modification recommendations.

~~~May/ June 2025 we will be integrating addiction medicine into our practice and offering SUBOXONE treatment! We embrace a holistic health approach (mind, body, spirit) and treat the person as a whole person, not a diagnosis. You matter!
~~~ June 2025 we will be offering alcohol BREATHALIZER testing for employers, in addition to our comprehensive panel of current services!
BILLING UPDATES:
Historically we have been a cash for service model. There will be some changes to this!
~~~Effective immediately:
We charge between $85- $135 per visit (without ancillary services). We will continue with the cash model, but we have some exciting updates!
We have contracted with TLC Medical billing to allow for a biller to submit all appropriate documentation to your insurance for direct reimbursement. Typically, most plans will reimburse you 20-80% of what you pay our office. Typically, you will get a check in the mail within 8- 12 weeks of office visit.
Call your insurance plan and ask what the "out of network reimbursement rate is" to find out the percentage that you will be eligible for!
~~~April/ May 2025 we will be accepting plain Medicare and selected BCBS plans.
WHAT WE ALREADY OFFER:
We will continue to provide primary care with a full telehealth, in office, and home visits being offered by Rachel Raven FNP.
We will continue to offer quick and convenient access for commercial drivers seeking CDL physicals. Appointment accommodation as late as 8pm and offered 1 Saturday per month.
We also serve employers with an array of services- including pre-employment physicals, urine drug screens (chain of custody and non-chain of custody), functional capacity tests, PFT's, hearing test, labs, immunizations, EKG's, respirator clearance etc etc.
We also continue to serve our Veterans by performing disability exams!! (These appointments are made directly through the VA, we can't schedule appointments directly).
We offer "sick visits" for non-established patients. Do you have sinus issues or a rash? Can't get into your P*P and don't want to use the ER for a non-emergency health concern? Call today!
Lastly, as a donation to the community, we serve UNINSURED ADULTS by providing FREE PRIMARY CARE services. We also offer access to significantly reduced medication and lab work for these patients.
