We would like to inform the community that we are taking a temporary pause on accepting new pharmacy patients at this time. If you have not filled out intake forms or given us your insurance information, or if you are a former patient but have not filled with us in over a year, we will unfortunately not be able to accept new scripts for you. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding as we deal with the influx of new customers since Rite Aid's closing.

*NOTE*: We are still accepting new patients for durable medical equipment and supplies. DME patients and prescriptions are handled separate from the pharmacy. We are also still accepting patients who are under Rightway, the new pharmacy coverage plan for employees of Gowanda Central School District.

Our pharmacy team is growing!

We are looking to add a full time & part time pharmacy technician to our team. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturday, 9am-2pm.

Good morning, Gowanda! As you have heard, Rite Aid has announced that they are closing all of their locations in New York. We are sad to see the loss of a neighboring business in our community, but are excited to offer our services to new customers!

Come join the Valley Pharmacy Family! If you are interested in transferring, we suggest calling your doctors and having them send new prescriptions to us. We will keep these scripts on file for when you need them. You may also stop in with your insurance information & fill out our "New Patient Form."

Some of our services include: Durable medical equipment, curbside pick-up, immunizations, automatic refills, etc.

Getting ready for ice cream!! Ice Cream returns tomorrow, Friday 4/4. We've got 7 new sundaes, a whole Milkshake menu, new toppings (like cheesecake bites, Hot honey, chocolate eclair crumble, and strawberry shortcake crumble), AND frozen bananas on sticks with your choice dip and topping

Will post our full new ice cream menu tonight (along with our updated food menu with new gourmet toast options, new paninis, a new wrap, new burgers, and new chicken and dip burritos!)
