Adjusting the staffed hours again!

Sometimes you need to change your schedule in order to prioritize things; things like your health, the growth of a business, or trying to find balance in multiple areas of your life.

These are great times for you to come into the gym and here’s why

-If you have questions or need help with anything regarding memberships, training and nutrition.
-Garage door will be open and music will be on!
-Gym will be getting cleaned, getting upgrades and game planning for the future.

It’s my birthday week, and I’m headed to the airport today to pick up some friends who are flying in from Washington!!!!

It would be the best birthday present, if you can come by the gym tonight or sometime this weekend and see me!!!!

Exercise can be just another addiction and it is no exception to the fact that too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.

Be sure to check with us to be sure you're getting the most from your workouts...but not going overboard.

Rest days are for recovery, don’t skip them!
