During this monthly workshop we will explore breath and vibration. This ceremony begins with yogic breathing techniques before relaxing into a deeply shamanic sound session. This year we are collecting donations for Abby's House and Guild of St. Agnes a non-profit organization that provides safe housing and advocacy for women and children.

✨Stop by the spa to choose your tag. We ask that all gifts be returned to the spa, unwrapped, by 5pm on Friday, December 12th.

Our heart centered esthetician, Melissa Shadley, will also be organizing gift bags for the Abby House residents.
