Join us for a relaxing afternoon of gentle movement and sound. We’ll start with a few minutes of easy movement to help the body settle and open up, and then shift into a sound journey where you can simply lie back, breathe, and receive.

You’ll be surrounded by the soothing tones of gongs, crystal bowls, metal bowls, and more—all working together to help calm the nervous system, ease stress, and invite deep rest. Many people find that sound journeys support better sleep, lift mood, and bring a sense of clarity, connection, and renewal.

Suggested donation: $20 and/or non-perishable food items.
All proceeds will be donated to local food shelves to help support our neighbors and ensure more warm meals make it to local tables this season.

What to bring:
Dress comfortably and in layers. Bring a favorite pillow, blanket, or mat—whatever helps you feel cozy and at ease.

Beginning Wednesday, October 1st, I’ll be offering a Mindful Movement class from 8:00 - 9:00. For now, it will be live and in person only—returning to where we began, moving and breathing together in shared space..
We’ll blend yoga, fascia release, and gentle movement with grounding and breathwork to calm the busy mind and support balance, mobility, and ease.
Each practice is adaptable to meet you where you are — offering time to slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and move in a way that feels supportive. In a time that the world might feel unstable around us, this is an opportunity to quiet down the mind, drop into present moment awareness, and regulate the nervous system.
Classes will continue to be donation based - a suggestion of $10-20 per class. If you are not able to pay that, there are often people who pay it forward. It balances out. I encourage you to bring your own mat - you are welcome to leave it in The Cave. You are invited to arrive 5-15 minutes before class begins. Classes are an hour. I look forward to stepping back onto the mat with you with curiosity, creativity and compassion.

Tis the season to slow down…
We won’t be meeting together as often…
Here’s an oopportunity to
create space in what can be a “full” time of the season to drop in and see what “ condition your condition” is in. Check in with your senses. Sense into the ground. Notice the breath. Explore breathing possibilities. Be curious about sensations. Contract and expand. Breath. Explore movement possibilities. Pandiculate. Hum. Touch your heart. Smile.

Repeat as needed.
