I’ve been wanting to make a cobbler all summer and finally had a chance to make one before the blackberry seasons over. This blackberry cobbler was made with coconut sugar🌴 which gives it a little more of a caramel flavor, so keep in mind what fruit can go with it. This one turned out pretty good I think!
Also, did you know that coconut sugar is lower on the glycemic index than cane sugar? It’s a great alternative for those who are diabetic or just want to be more mindful of sugar intake. Here’s the link 👇, let me know what you think☺️.
