Willow Pediatric Therapy provides occupational therapy services focused on children ages birth to eight-year-olds. We are located in Graham, WA (about 30 minutes from JBLM). Specialties include working with children with difficulties or delays with their gross motor skills (including infants), fine motor skills, feeding challenges, sensory processing, handwriting, executive functioning skills, self-care (such as dressing skills) and anything that affects your child's participation in their daily activities! I have continuing education and certifications in motor development (certified in NDT), trauma, infant mental health (pursuing an endorsement in infant mental health), sensory processing, feeding (SOS trained), handwriting (trained in handwriting without tears),
I strive to work with your family and understand that you are the expert on your child and will partner with you to not just "do" OT one day a week but help you get a deeper understanding of development and provide activities to work on during the times we aren't together which can provide faster, more meaningful results and empowers you to be the one to help your child. I respect neurodiversity and strive to always be learning and changing my therapy services to support children and families including those who have ADHD, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders or are gifted, autistic (identity-first language and preferred term by many autistic adults), etc. I also have experience working with families in various non-traditional homes/situations including LGBT, foster/adoptive and/or homeschooled. At this time, we are not credentialed with any insurance providers but do provide a "superbill" at the end of the month for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for services.
