How to Submit Your Activity Tracker Log:
• In-Person: Drop off your printable log at the Graham Recreation Center (drop box by the front doors), Shamrock Nutrition, or Lighthouse Nutrition
• Online: Submit your log using the Online Activity Tracker

Graham Walks Fall 2024 is underway, now through November 6! Stay active and be sure to update your Activity Tracker if you are registered!

Graham Walks is a 5-week, self-motivating walking program that inspires you to stay active. We encourage participants to not only walk but to be active overall. Set a goal and track your activity on the Activity Tracker Log. Weekly Group Hikes are offered to registered participants!

Following the 5 weeks, all participants who turn in their completed Activity Tracker Log by the deadline (11/08) will be eligible to receive a Graham Walks swag, as well as be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing (one per person). Grand Prize Drawings will be announced LIVE on the Graham Recreation & Parks page on Tuesday, November 12 at 10:00am!
