πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 25 Years of Unified Pharmacy Advocacy! πŸŽ‰

The North Carolina Association of Pharmacists (NCAP) is proud to celebrate 25 years of unified advocacy for pharmacists across our stateβ€”and we invite YOU to be a part of the next chapter by supporting the NCAP 25th Anniversary Advocacy Fundraiser! πŸ’™

βœ… 2025 has been historic for pharmacy!

This year we:
πŸ”Ή Passed PBM reform legislation
πŸ”Ή Secured authority for pharmacists to treat flu
πŸ”Ή Ensured pharmacists are recognized as healthcare providers and reimbursed for services
πŸ”Ή Modernized collaborative practice statutes to expand patient access to care
But our work is far from finished. Passing legislation is only the first stepβ€”now we must ensure these wins are enacted and implemented across DHHS, Medicaid, commercial health plans, the State Health Plan, DOJ, and DOI.

πŸ’‘ That’s why we’ve launched our $25,000 Advocacy Fundraiser Goal for 2025. Every dollar raised directly supports NCAP’s grassroots advocacy to:
πŸ”Ή Modernize Collaborative Practice
πŸ”Ή Ensure Fair Payment for Services
πŸ”Ή Reform PBMs
πŸ”Ή Expand Test & Treat Authority

Together, we can build on 25 years of progress and shape the future of pharmacy in North Carolina. πŸ™Œ
