Today we are going to share a simple stress reduction tip:

Deep Breathing.

Instructions:
Find a comfortable position with your shoulders relaxed.

Inhale slowly through your nose, allowing your belly to expand and draw air deep into your lungs.

Exhale slowly through your mouth and feel your belly contracting.

Focus on your breath moving through your body and aim to use your diaphragm for breathing instead of your chest.

Count to maintain a steady pace while you inhale and exhale for the same amount of time.

Repeat when stress becomes too overwhelming and remember that adjustments can help relieve your stress too.
