Unfortunately VRRC no longer exists.

My brother and I couldn't secure sufficient funding resources to keep the organization going, so we turned the organization over to a 3rd party who talked a good game, but didn't deliver. That person used the organization's 501c3 tax-exempt status for personal gain and didn't update tax records with the IRS.

As much as we had hoped to become a resource for disabled veterans and their families, this is no longer possible.
