This is an exciting moment. Our owner, Cal Hutson recently had the opportunity to co-author Flip the Script with Chris Voss, who spent 24 years with the FBI, serving as the lead international hostage and kidnapping negotiator from 2003 to 2007. Chris's book Never Split the Difference has sold more than three million copies worldwide.

Flip the Script launches on July 17, 2025. Stay tuned for more details.

We had a very nice mocktail hour provided by Compassus Hospice today. They even made us our own customized drink! Thank you, Courtney Mannell, Lori Butterworth, and Megan Dehm for coming out and spending time with our residents. We appreciate you.
