BeeHive Homes provides compassionate elderly care in a residential setting for seniors. At BeeHive Homes of Grain Valley, Missouri, we offer the finest memory care and assisted living experience available in a cozy, comfortable homelike setting. Each of our residents has their own spacious room with an ADA approved bathroom and shower. We prepare and serve delicious home-cooked meals every day. We maintain a small, friendly elderly care community. We provide regular activities that our residents find fun and contribute to their health and well-being. Words matter. We don't say "facility" at BeeHive Homes of Grain Valley. We say "home." "Facility" is cold. It's institutional. It's processed.

When we say “home” instead of “facility,” we remind ourselves and others, that this is a place of comfort, dignity, and belonging.

A facility is where things happen. A home is where people live, love, and connect. It's warm. It's welcoming.

At BeeHive Homes of Grain Valley, we choose language that honors the people we care for; because our residents don’t live in a facility. They live in a home.

We have a bit of a celebrity in our midst. This is Peggy. And three minutes before this picture was taken, we were watching Jailhouse Rock on the TV, when our owner asked her if she had ever met Elvis. To our surprise, she said "YES!" Apparently, The King had a show in Kansas City back in the day and she met him behind the curtain right before he went out. She said he was a very nice man and more than anything she was trying not to faint. Peggy is our winner of life today.
