In-Szn training ✅
Why? -
• In the current world of youth sports, athletes don’t really have an “Off-season” anymore to dedicate time to purely train.
• Training in season allows athletes to keep all the gains they worked for leading up to their season.
• Training in season reduces the risk of non-contact injuries.
• Restoring range of motion that can be lost after a vigorous game.
•Continue to increase performance year round, never stagnant!
