Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer. But as we gather with friends and family to enjoy the long weekend, we encourage everyone to also take time to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to safeguard our freedoms.

· Take lukewarm showers (not ice-cold!).
· Apply aloe vera without added fragrances.
· Drink extra water to rehydrate.
· Take ibuprofen for pain & swelling.
· DON'T pop blisters or peel skin (we know it’s hard to resist)!
