Prema Yoga

We have classes seven days a week. Gentle, restorative, therapeutics. Beginner to advanced vinyasa. We opened our doors as a studio on October 4, 2014.

Prema Yoga is thrilled and proud to be the first full schedule yoga studio in the north valley. We offer a wide range of classes from restoratives to sweaty level two flow. All our teachers are highly qualified and amazing! We are currently operating via zoom livestream as well as hosting classes outdoors at Northridge Park.
