A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated fans, or funds to purchase fans, to the "Beat the Heat Fan Drive" coordinated by Renew Home Health- Granbury, Texas Granbury Rehab & Nursing and Alēvcare Hospice in support of "Operation Cool Down". More than 50 fans were donated, and will be handed out to those in the community who need relief from the heat.

Under the direction of the RN, assist in identifying the patient's physical, psycho-social and environmental needs as evidenced by documentation, clinical record, case conference, team report and evaluations.
Participate in planning and implementing care in conjunction with the RN, in accordance with the POC.
Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both staff and patient.
Attend case conferences as needed.
Qualifications:

Must hold current Texas Licensed Vocation Nurse
Must have current CPR Certification
Wellsky Experience helpful
Geriatric Home Health Care Experience preferred
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
