A little background on this patient...
This sweet 2 week old little one was having a bit of a tough time getting used to the world outside of momma's tummy. She was extra fussy, not sleeping like she should and favoring one side while nursing. Mom reached out to see if this could be a chiropractic issue. After an exam and some GENTLE adjustments, this was the outcome!

Chiropractic is safe! Adjustments look a whole lot different on 2 week old babies verses a 250lb grown man.

There are a ton of benefits to stretching. Here are some of Dr. Garlick's favorites!

- Elephant walk: Hamstrings
- Couch stretch: Hip flexors & quads
- 90 90: Glutes & deep external rotators of the hips (piriformis)

All of these help take pressure off of the low back. So get up and start stretching!
