There are still a few spots left for Camp Monarch… and honestly, it feels like they’re meant for the right people who decide a little last-minute magic is exactly what they need ✨

June 8–12 in Rhododendron, Oregon; tucked into the forest, just minutes from Timberline Lodge, surrounded by trails, fresh mountain air, and the kind of quiet that softens your whole nervous system.

This retreat isn’t about perfection or performance.
It’s about coming back to yourself.

Morning + evening yoga each day
Slow, nourishing breakfasts and cozy dinners
A sound bath, an optional inversion workshop
One beautiful group excursion

Think of Camp Monarch as a “choose your own adventure….”
With lots of free time, there are miles of trails to explore, just minutes from the retreat site. You could hike a stretch of the Pacific Crest Trail, check out paddle boarding on crater lake, and even venture out for some skiing in June (optional and not included in retreat pricing).

But if you’re craving something more grounded? We have river access, a hot tub, and are surrounded by gorgeous Mount Hood National Forest. Enjoy a Soundbath and some Forest Bathing, and give your nervous system the nourishment it’s craving.

So are you more of the “running with the wolves” type or “just let me lay here until I’m one with the moss” type? You can be both at Camp Monarch.

If you’re looking at this thinking “I wish I could go, but I can’t because of _________.”, I urge you to message me! It’s probably not as unrealistic as you think!

When I was invited to my first yoga retreat, I thought “There’s no way I can afford this.”

My best friend heard those words come out of my mouth and urged me to ask more questions. When she realized that she could afford it, too, we both decided we were going to make it happen. And I’m so glad we did! I have memories and connections that I made on that retreat that were so worth it!

I love seeing that magic happen for other people. Whatever your concern is, it’s figure-outable.
