Before ➡️ After (3 sessions)
10 weeks post-op!
+60° improvement in shoulder abduction
In the first photo:
• Limited range
• Shoulder hiking early (compensation)
• Increased upper trap involvement
In the after:
• +60° range of motion
• Less compensation through the neck/shoulder
• Smoother, more controlled movement
Client came to me with severe pain and unable to use his shoulder at all. He was told he would need to go back for a full shoulder replacement, but just after 3 sessions hes regaining mobility! This was about restoring proper mechanics so the body could move efficiently again with limited pain.
