If you’ve known me for a while, you might remember that I was a certified Primal Health Coach quite a few years back. After living a few different lifetimes I decided to get recertified, which was a lot more detailed this time around and took longer than I expected!

I haven’t completely formulated my program yet, but it will include Body Code sessions for sure. That is just too powerful a modality to not include it in my coaching practice! I personally don’t know of any other health coaches using energy healing in their practice.
